By using TrackyFactory, you agree to the following terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the app.

The service

TrackyFactory is a free app for tracking media (movies, shows, anime, games, books) and sports and esports events. Some features are local, while others are optional online features: account, sync, public profiles, friends, activity feed, reviews, internal notifications and chat. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or continuity.

Third-party data and content

Displayed information (schedules, scores, release dates, images…) comes from third-party APIs used in compliance with their respective terms. TrackyFactory is not affiliated with any of these services. Trademarks, logos and content belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must use online features fairly: no harassment, spam, impersonation, illegal content, attempts to access someone else’s account, bulk data extraction, service disruption or bypassing technical limits. TrackyFactory may limit or disable a feature in case of abuse or security risk.

Liability

Displayed data may contain errors or delays (broadcast times, scores, release dates, content details, third-party API availability…). TrackyFactory cannot be held liable for decisions made based on this information, user-generated content, or temporary or permanent unavailability of the service, Worker, chat or third-party providers.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change when the service, online features, third-party integrations or legal obligations change. The applicable version is the one shown in the app. For significant changes, the last-updated date above will be revised.
